Nosework Classes

We are pleased to offer nosework classes in North Brookfield, MA. These are: Introduction to K9 Nose Work®, Continuing Intro, Introduction to Odor, and Continuing Odor. Each of these classes are offered as 6-week series at $175 per working dog, auditors $100. We follow the concepts of training from NACSW (https://k9nosework.com). I am currently participating in their instructor certification program.

Intro to K9 NoseworkThis is a foundation class which will offer the foundation to the sport of K9 Nose Work®f . Dogs begin to learn that their intuitive sniffing has turned into a game. They start their journey to become confident and independent searchers. Handlers learn to observe the techniques dogs employ while finding odors.

Continuing Intro SeriesThe continuing class expands searches and challenges from the Intro series. Dogs and handlers are becoming a team. They start to problem-solve and enjoy the puzzles. Introduction to OdorIn this series, dogs are introduced to the essential odors used in NACSW - birch, clove and anise.
